Add 123mail mailbox to Outlook on Windows
Step-by-step instructions to set up your 123mail mailbox via IMAP in Outlook on Windows.
Open Outlook
Start Microsoft Outlook on your Windows computer.
Add account
Go to File > Add Account. When you start Outlook for the first time, this window opens automatically.
Enter details
Enter your full email address. Click Advanced options, check Let me set up my account manually and click 'Connect'.
Choose account type
Select IMAP as the account type.
Server information
Incoming mail (IMAP): server my.123mail.be, port 993, encryption SSL/TLS.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): server my.123mail.be, port 465, encryption SSL/TLS.
Click 'Next'.
Enter password
Enter the password of your mailbox and click 'Connect'.
Complete
Outlook connects to the mail server. When the message 'Account successfully added' appears, click 'Done'.
Using the new Outlook?
In the new Outlook for Windows, go to Settings > Accounts > Add account, enter your email address and choose IMAP. Then enter the same server settings as above.
