Unlimited calling terms (fair use policy): Unlimited national fixed and mobile calling, on the condition that the user does not call more than 40 hours per month and does not contact more than 150 different numbers per month. Permanent call forwarding is not included. Text usage is limited to 1,000 texts per month to a maximum of 50 different destinations. Unlimited calling from Belgium to EU Zone 1 is subject to the same limits. When these criteria are exceeded, communications are charged per minute at the applicable rates. The operator reserves the right, in case of non-compliance with these conditions, fraudulent or unreasonable use, to suspend the unlimited service and retroactively charge the consumed minutes.
Mobile data: Unlimited browsing is possible up to the chosen data volume. After using the volume, the data connection is blocked until the next billing period. Fair use policy applies to the "Unlimited" plan.
Network: All plans use the Proximus network (4G/5G) in Belgium. The operator reserves the right to change network provider at any time without consequences for the current contract.
