Add mailbox to iPhone
Step-by-step instructions to add your Microsoft 365 Exchange Online mailbox to your iPhone.

Open Settings
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

Navigate to Mail
Go to Mail > Accounts > Add Account.

Choose account type
Select Microsoft Exchange as the account type.

Enter details
Enter your full email address. Optionally add a description (e.g. "Work"). Tap 'Next'.

Server information
When asked for server information, enter: outlook.office365.com. Enter your full email address as username and fill in your password.

Choose synchronisation
Choose which data you want to synchronise: Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Reminders and Notes. Tap 'Save'.
