Add mailbox to Android
Step-by-step instructions to add your Microsoft 365 Exchange Online mailbox to your Android phone.
Open Settings
Open the Settings app on your Android phone.
Navigate to Accounts
Scroll down and select Accounts or Accounts and backup (varies by Android version).
Add account
Tap Add account and choose Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync or Exchange.
Enter details
Enter your full email address and password. Tap 'Next' or 'Sign in'.
Server information
Enter as server address: outlook.office365.com. Leave the domain field empty or enter your email address again (depending on the device).
Synchronisation and completion
Choose which items you want to synchronise (email, calendar, contacts) and set the synchronisation frequency. Optionally give the account a name (e.g. "Work") and tap 'Done'.
